We have four different offerings to meet any budget. We also offer custom quotes if our offerings don't align with your event needs!

Outdoor Wedding

ONE

​Basic coordination package that includes:

  • Check-in meeting one week prior and day before

  • Day-of rehearsal

  • Timeline preparation and execution

  • Distribution of tips

  • Vendor coordination the week prior

  • 8 hours of coordinator on site

  • Coordinator leaves after grand exit

Wedding Table Decoration

Everything included in 'One' plus:

  • All Day Management starting at 10am

  • Help with design and floor plan

  • 3-months-out check-in with meetings to follow

  • Distribution of final payments
